Job Title: Project Facilitator


Durham Area Disability Leisure Group (DADLG) is a small, Durham based charity which provides sports, leisure and social activities for children and young people with disabilities and their families. Due to recent expansion, trustees are seeking to appoint a part-time Project Facilitator.


If you are enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference to the lives of children with additional needs and their families, we want to hear from you. You must be able to work flexibly and creatively with a real desire to improve choices and opportunities for inclusion within the local community.


The post requires a flexible approach to working for 25 hours per week at a rate of £13.50 per hour (£17,750 per annum) and is subject to the successful completion of a 12-week probationary period.


DADLG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.


The post is expected to start in July 2024, subject to satisfactory interviews and references.
